L’ARGENT N’A PAS D’ODEUR


L’argent n’a pas d’odeur, 2015, is a video installation portraying one of the most distinctive figures of the Dutch territory and cultural identity; its flowers. In Aalsmeer, the  biggest flower auction in the world reveals the poetics behind such historical trade by presenting a manufactured landscape that orchestrates surprising, seemingly random, choreographies. Flora Holland’s scent ironically gets its name after a French saying translated as ‘Money doesn't smell’.
